Sesame Crisp Candy

Place the sesame seeds in a clean, dry container. If it is raw, sauté it over low heat in advance.

Prepare rock candy and honey.

Heat the pan, turn to a low heat and add rock sugar and honey.

After all the rock sugar is boiled into juice, add sesame seeds and stir evenly so that all the sesame seeds are covered with juice.

Move the sesame seeds to a clean water-free panel prepared in advance, flatten them with a rolling pin while they are hot, and cut into pieces.

Crispy and sweet.
Tips:
The rock candy is best broken up first. White sugar can also be used instead, and the taste is not as good as rock sugar.
The whole process must be simmered slowly.
