Sesame Dates with Walnuts
1.
Wash the jujube and let it dry. Remove the pit from the opening. Don't cut it. Peel the whole walnut kernel as much as possible and set aside.
2.
Put the walnuts into the jujube and set aside.
3.
Add half a spoon of honey to half a spoon of water and mix thoroughly. The water can't be too much, or the viscosity is not enough to make the sesame sticky.
4.
Hold the walnut jujube, use a brush to dip the honey water on the side where the walnuts are exposed. After brushing the honey water, press in the sesame seeds, and the sesame seeds will be firm.
5.
Heat the oven up and down at 90 degrees, bake it for an hour, and then turn it over for 20 minutes to make it evenly baked.
Tips:
Honey and water are better than one, so that the sesame seeds are sticky, the oven temperature is different, you need to increase or decrease the time appropriately, the temperature can not be high, don't paste, the dates will be bitter.
