Remove the lean pork, wash it, put it in a slow cooker, add water, cooking wine, green onions, ginger, and star anise. Simmer over a small fire overnight.

Take out the boiled lean pork and put it into the cook machine.

Stir at gear 4 and beat into minced meat.
5.
Add a little olive oil to the pot over high heat.
6.
Add the minced meat after the oil is hot, and stir fry over medium-low heat.
7.
Add sugar and soy sauce, stir fry evenly.
8.
Stir-fry the minced meat in water, pinch it with your hands and add the white sesame seeds for a little harder, stir and fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Lean pork can be boiled directly on the gas stove. To save time, I put it in a slow cooker at night and beat the minced meat directly in the morning.
2. The minced meat will taste better if it is beaten as finely as possible.
3. Stir-fry the moisture in the minced meat as much as possible to keep it longer.
4. If you have a bread machine at home, it is said that you can omit the stir-frying step. Put the meat in, and it will be floss when it comes out. I haven't tried it, I don't know if it is so.
5. My floss is usually wiped out by little monsters, so I added sesame seeds in it. You can also add some chili powder to make spicy pine. After it's cold, add a little seaweed to make the seaweed floss. Feel free to add anything. . .
6. After the meat floss is cool, put it in an airtight box and eat it as soon as possible.
