Sesame Layer Cake

Knead flour and water to form a softer dough and wake up for 10 minutes.

Take out the dough, add thin noodles, squeeze it, and roll it out into a long, big thin noodle cake.

Coat oil and sesame salt evenly.

Roll up the dough, roll it tighter, and stretch it to the sides while rolling.
5.
Roll into small cakes and wake up for 5 minutes.

Flatten and roll into a thin flatbread.
7.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry over medium to small heat.
8.
When the surface bulges, turn it over and fry on both sides until golden.
