Sesame Leaves

1. Fresh sesame leaves can be washed and mixed in water. You can also steam it for eight minutes and let it cool before mixing. I picked it in autumn and blanched it in water and then quick-frozen it. Take it out of the refrigerator and blanch it with boiling water. , Just boil the pot gently, don’t cook for too long, squeeze out the water with cold water for later use;

2. Chop minced garlic;

3. Seasoning sauce: seafood soy sauce + fried chili noodles + cooked sesame seeds + minced garlic. Don't put too much soy sauce, it won't taste good if it's salty, you can put more garlic and sesame;

4. Spread the seasoning layer by layer on the sesame leaves;

5. Work slowly and do meticulous work, don’t be afraid of trouble if it’s delicious

6. Can enjoy...
