Sesame Pancakes

Add the egg whites with powdered sugar and mix them thoroughly with a manual whisk. The egg whites look very silky and have many small dense bubbles.

Add melted butter and mix well

Add white sesame seeds and stir well

Then add in the sifted low-gluten flour and mix evenly, relax for 30 minutes.

Take a deeper and larger cup, put it in the piping bag, pour the loose batter into the piping bag

Tighten the piping bag and cut a small opening with scissors, and squeeze the batter into a baking tray lined with greased paper (remember to be thinner, so that it will be more crispy)

Put it in the preheated oven and bake, increase the heat to 180 degrees, lower the heat: 150 degrees, bake for about 13 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
Tips:
1. The temperature should be adjusted according to the temper of your own oven;
2. Remember to be thinner, so that it will be more crisp.
