This sesame pancake is simple to make, tastes fragrant and crisp, and is especially good as a snack for children (2 years old and above). The sesame seeds and walnuts added to the ingredients are good for nourishing qi and replenishing the brain. If babies eat more, they will be happier.

1. Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat them evenly with a manual whisk.
