Sesame Pancakes

Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat them evenly with a manual whisk.

Sift in low-gluten flour and corn flour, pour in walnut sesame flour, salt and cooking oil, and stir evenly with a spatula.

Place a piece of oven paper on the baking tray, pour all the stirred batter on top, and scrape it very thinly with a spatula to form a rectangle. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Set the oven to the upper and lower fire, 150°, preheat for 5 minutes, and bake for 15 minutes.
Tips:
It should be noted that it must be stored in a sealed bottle, otherwise the shortbread will soon soften!
