Sesame Peach Crisp
1.
Put the edible oil, egg liquid, salt, and powdered sugar in a basin and mix well.
2.
Sift in low-gluten flour.
3.
Add baking soda and baking powder.
4.
Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. The dough will be a bit soft at first, but it will become harder as you knead it. Don't add any additional flour.
5.
Divide the kneaded noodles into about 12g and round them.
6.
Press flat.
7.
Put it on the baking tray and press your finger in the middle of the cake to form a shallow pit, and there will be cracks around the peach cake.
8.
Dip your fingers with water and sprinkle black sesame seeds on the surface of the dough.
9.
Bake up and down at 165 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes, put in, and bake for 15 minutes.
Tips:
I made this in a low-sugar version. If you like sweeter ones, you can increase the amount of powdered sugar.
