Sesame Peanut Crisp

Beat an egg into the peanuts and stir well

Put in an appropriate amount of flour (starch is also ok)

Then stir the peanuts until the grains are clear

Sift out the excess flour residue

Add peanuts to 30-40% hot oil and fry slowly, constantly turning

Deep-fry and deep-fry until the color is deep, remove and set aside (all the previous steps are the same as the recipe I have posted before: peanuts with creamy icing)

Stir-fried sesame seeds

Put the right amount of sugar and a little water and a little oil in the pot

Boil the sesame oil and turn off the heat

Pour the peanuts quickly, stir well, sprinkle in sesame seeds and coat

When the peanuts are cold, the particles will become clear after turning it for a while. If there are some glued together, you can separate them by hand.
