I bought a box of taro from the supermarket, and I steamed it all. I wanted to make some taro cakes for breakfast! It happened to be a bit of purple potato mash at home to make the filling!

Sesame Purple Sweet Potato Taro Cake

1. Wash the taro and steam it in the basket

2. Peel off the skin

3. Put the peeled taro in a fresh-keeping bag and press it into a puree with a rolling pin

4. Put the mashed taro in a basin, add glutinous rice flour and flour

5. Add honey, salad oil

6. Stir all the ingredients evenly

7. Prepare black and white sesame seeds in a pot

8. Dip some water on your hands, take an appropriate amount of powder, and pack the purple potato mash

9. Close up

10. Put it in a sesame pot and roll it around

11. Squash

12. After brushing the oil on the electric baking pan, put the taro cakes in and bake for 3-4 minutes

13. 2 golden yellow sides are fine

Tips:

You still have to know how to add flour to taro, because taro can be wet or dry!
