Sesame Salt
1.
After washing the sesame seeds and drying them, pour them into a clean pot and add a little refined salt.
2.
Stir fry over low heat until the sesame seeds are yellowed and cooked, being careful not to fry them.
3.
After the sesame seeds are cooked and let cool, put in the garlic mortar.
4.
Use a garlic mallet to grind vigorously, (hold the garlic mallet with the palm of your hand and rotate it in a circle along the edge of the garlic mortar).
5.
Wait until the sesame seeds are ground into powder.
6.
Put the prepared sesame salt into a clean glass bottle, and take it as you eat.
Tips:
1. The sesame seeds should be fry until they turn yellow slightly, do not fry.
2. The refined salt should also be fried, so that the cooked salt will not choke your throat when you eat it.
3. Hold the garlic mallet with the palm of your hand and rotate it in a circle along the edge of the garlic mortar, so that the sesame salt that comes out is loose and powdery.
