Sesame Soda Crisp
1.
Pour wheat flour, black sesame seeds, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and mix well.
2.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, put the egg whites in the flour and stir, and then mix them into a dough by hand. (If it feels a bit hard, add a little water).
3.
Roll out the dough into a thin pancake (the thinner the better, my one is a bit thicker), and then use a mold to press out the shape you like.
4.
Put it into the microwave tray, poke holes on it with a toothpick, and then brush with egg yolk liquid. Let stand for ten minutes to let the flour loosen.
5.
Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. (I use 100% microwave mode).
6.
Turn it over, brush with egg yolk liquid, and continue heating for 3 minutes.
7.
Take it out, put it on a plate and let it cool.
Tips:
1. If you don't like black sesame, you can replace it with nuts such as cranberries or raisins. Must be chopped.
2. If you like sweet friends, you can switch to honey or sugar.
3. The firepower of each microwave oven is different. At the beginning, it is not enough to try for three minutes before adding it.
