This dessert is really delicious, crispy and scumming, sweet and not greasy; the preparation method is simple, I really like it.

Sesame Sugar Shortbread

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. First of all, the water and oily skin part, the sugar is added to the water to melt.

3. Pour into the flour.

4. Stir to form flocs and add corn oil.

5. Knead into a super smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.

6. For the shortbread part, add the oil to the flour.

8. Add sugar to cooked flour and mix well to make fillings.

9. Press the loose water and oily skin into a thick and thin outer skin in the middle, wrap it in shortbread, and put it away in the bun method.

10. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and fold it in three times.

11. Roll into a rectangle again.

13. Divide them into the size you like, and I divided them into 8.
