Sesame Walnut Candy

Prepared ingredients.

Stir-fry black sesame seeds and let cool.

The walnuts are roasted in the oven at 150 degrees, about 8 minutes.

Chop the dates.

Add sugar, water, and maltose together.

Boil on medium heat and change from large bubbles to densely used bubbles. The whole process takes about 4 minutes.

Minimize the heat, add black sesame seeds, walnut kernels, and dates.

Mix well.

Pour into a container and press tightly.

Let cool slightly and cut into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
Tips:
1. Don't fry the sesame on a big fire. Be patient. Generally, when the sesame is about to ripen, the sesame will make a crackling sound. The sound changes from dense to sparse, and you can smell some scents, and they are basically cooked.
2. It must be pressed tightly when pressing, so that it is not easy to disperse when cutting.
3. It's ok to let it cool completely, but you need some strength when slicing, and there are a few pieces. (I just cut it completely after cooling it through)
4. Walnut kernels are more convenient to bake in the oven, and they are not easy to burn.
