(Food processor method) Beat the flour with sugar and salt for 10 seconds, then add the cream that has been cut into small pieces from the refrigerator, and quickly beat it until it looks like cheese powder. (Manual method) Sift the flour on the workbench, add the butter that has been cut into pieces at room temperature, and knead the butter and flour with your fingers.

After quickly kneading into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
