#四session Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#cranberry Scone
1.
Sift the low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder
2.
Then put the sugar and softened butter in
3.
Rub with your hands until granular
4.
Then add egg liquid and milk to knead the dough
5.
Dried cranberries are cut slightly, but not too chopped
6.
Knead the dough well
7.
Roll the dough into 1-1.5cm thick noodles, press it out with a mold, and the leftover leftovers can be kneaded and rolled again.
8.
Place them on a non-stick baking tray one by one, and brush them with egg liquid
9.
After preheating the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, place the baking tray on the lower level (the middle level can be placed in a large oven), bake for 15 minutes, and the surface will be golden brown.
10.
The freshly baked Scone has a crispy outer skin, a soft inside and a good taste. It will taste even better with a little jam.
Tips:
1. If you don’t have cranberries, you can replace them with raisins or not add them to make the original flavor.
2. Don't knead the dough too much, just smooth, otherwise it will become gluten and affect the taste
3. If there is no shaping mold, it can be cut into a uniform square or triangle with a knife
4. I use egg yolk liquid for brushing the noodles, so the color will be more beautiful when baked
5. The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the situation of your own oven
