#四session Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#oreo Cup Cakes
1.
Put the sugar and eggs in the egg beater first.
2.
Sit about 40 degrees of water in the pot, put the egg-beating bowl in it, heat it over a small fire, and beat the whole eggs. When the volume of the egg liquid turns white and swells, lift the egg-beating head so that the egg-paste can hang on the egg-beating head without dripping.
3.
Sift the flour into the beaten batter, the batter can hold out the flour without being crushed, it proves that the egg is beaten well
4.
Take a small amount of batter and mix with corn oil.
5.
Pour the mixed egg batter back into the egg bowl.
6.
Cut and mix evenly until there are no particles.
7.
Put the egg paste into the piping bag.
8.
Squeeze it into the mould where the cup has been laid and shake it lightly.
9.
Put Oreo cookies on top (remove the cream in advance and set aside)
10.
Put it in the lower middle of the oven
11.
175 degrees, about 18-20 minutes.
Tips:
1 Heated eggs are helpful for whisking, but do not heat them too much to prevent the egg liquid from forming particles. When whisking, depending on the temperature of the egg liquid, return to hot water for heating.
2 The Oreo biscuits are twisted a few times first, and then opened. They are not easy to break.
3 Don't be afraid that Oreos will be smeared, I have tested it, only it is crisper.
