Dissolve the baking powder with 50 grams of water for later use;

The flour is piled on the chopping board with a small hole in the middle;

Put the sugar and eggs in the small pit, use chopsticks to mix the sugar and eggs evenly;

Then add oil and baking powder, and use a spatula to continue to stir the flour until it forms a dough;

Put the dough in a baking tray, press it into a square with a thickness of about 2 cm by hand, sprinkle a layer of black sesame on the top, flatten it slightly with your hands, and cut into small rectangular pieces about 4 cm long and 1.5 cm wide;

Preheat the oven, 200 degrees, middle level, bake for 15-20 minutes, until the color is right (I bake it for 19 minutes).
