Put water, sugar, and salt into the bread bucket.

The dough rises to twice its size. (The fermentation time depends on the room temperature. If the room temperature is low, use the fermentation function of the bread machine. If the room temperature is high, you can use it. Generally, 50-60 minutes. Cover a damp cloth on the bread bucket to prevent the surface of the dough from drying out during fermentation.)

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Use the baking function of the bread machine to bake for 32 minutes.
Tips:
The finished bread is immediately poured out of the bread bucket and placed on the drying rack to cool. After cooling, slice it, pack the uneaten in a fresh-keeping bag, and store at room temperature.
If the room temperature is high, use ice water to mix the noodles.
