Mix the Chinese ingredients into dough and ferment to no more than four times the size (I took out the noodles at night and made them the next morning);

Take out the dough and tear it into small pieces, mix it with the main dough materials except butter, and knead the dough until it is smooth;
3.
Add butter and knead again until fully expanded;
4.
Divide the dough into four parts and let rest for 15 minutes;

Roll it into a tongue shape with a rolling pin, and roll it into a tube shape by pressing the bottom edge;

Complete each one in turn;

Rub it a little longer, pinch the top with one hand and twist it into a twist;

Put both ends down in the toast mold;
9.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven to ferment;

About an hour or so, send it to the mold 80% full (I made two at a time), and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface;
11.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated 170°C oven and bake for 45 minutes;
