Rub the pork belly with cornstarch or salt repeatedly for 3-4 times, turn it over and rub it again, and finally rinse it off with water;

Tips:
1. Pork belly can be soaked in white vinegar water to remove peculiar smell.
2. If the food comes into contact with the anti-overflow electrode, the contact point between the lid and the pot body can be staggered.
