Shacha Beef Braised Noodles
1.
Wash and cut the cabbage, peel the carrot, wash and shred, and shred the onion.
2.
Beef slices and set aside.
3.
Take a container and put an appropriate amount of broth (about 200ml) in it. If there is no broth, just use water.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce in the broth.
5.
Add pepper and sugar.
6.
Shacha sauce
7.
Add the steak sauce, stir all the ingredients and set aside.
8.
Put the cut beef slices into a non-stick pan and fry.
9.
While frying, add some garlic slices and chili (I don’t eat spicy, so I didn’t put it) and fry until the beef slices are discolored on both sides.
10.
Pour the fried beef slices and the fried soup into the prepared sauce.
11.
Mix the noodles with 1, 7 and put them in a rice cooker, add some salt to taste, and stir them evenly with chopsticks.
12.
Plug in the rice cooker and press to cook, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. After the noodles are simmered, stir with chopsticks to serve.
