Shacha Beef Stir-fried Carrot

Cut the beef into thin slices, mix with shacha sauce and a small amount of vegetable oil, and marinate for 20 minutes

Cut carrots into small slices that are not too thin

Pour the hot oil into the carrots and stir fry

Add some garlic and stir fry

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while

Add beef and stir fry quickly

Add a little soy sauce to taste

Stir-fry evenly before it comes out of the pan, don’t fry too much, the beef will become tougher
