Hot summer is also the season of barbecue. Outside barbecue is always worried about many issues, such as material selection, hygiene, and so on. Every time I finish eating, I feel so upset. If you have an oven, let's bake it at home. You can bake it as you want, and it’s so pleasant to bake your wings with a bottle of beer! Today’s garlic-flavored roasted wings I added shacha sauce. The light tea aroma added a lot of flavor to the roasted wings, and I didn’t feel greasy after eating a few skewers.

Ingredients

Shacha Garlic Roasted Wings

1. Clean the chicken wings and pierce the eyes with a toothpick.

2. Use a sharp knife to cut through the middle without cutting off one side.

3. A head of garlic is mashed into garlic and put into a container together with chicken wings.

4. Add a spoonful of shacha sauce.

5. 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, cover it with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours

6. Mix a spoonful of barbecue sauce with a spoonful of honey.

7. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, brush with a layer of oil, and scald the bamboo skewers with boiling water.

8. Skewer the chicken wings, put the marinade on the baking tray and spread the marinade on the surface. Brush a layer of honey.

9. Preheat the oven in advance, and bake the middle and upper layers at 190 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

10. Take it out and turn it over, brush a layer of honey and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes.
