Shacha Sauce Snails

Ingredients: flower snails (washed), ginger slices, chives

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clean water.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Blanch and fish out.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the blanched snails and stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
7.
Add 0.5 tablespoon shacha sauce.
8.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
9.
Season and stir well.
10.
Finally, put the chives and serve.
