Shanghai Green Fried Sea Rice

Shanghai Green Wash and control water for later use.

Wash sea rice with a little warm water to soften it.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, put the green onion and ginger in the pan.

Add Shanghai Green Stir-fry until it is dead.
5.
Add sea rice, soaked rice water and salt.
6.
Stir evenly over high heat.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water starch.
8.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
The sea rice itself is fresh and salty, so don't add too much salt.
Don't pour the water used to soak the sea rice, it tastes very fresh and is good for cooking.
