Tips:
The ribs should be soaked until there is no blood. Stir the dry starch into the ribs before frying the ribs. When the oil is 50% hot, add the ribs and fry them over medium heat. Don't fry them for too long, otherwise they will be too dry and not tender. The salt and light soy sauce have been added to the marinated ribs in the early stage to give the bottom taste, and do not add too much salt when frying later.
