Shanxi Bean Paste Shortbread

Put the flour in a bowl, add a little dry yeast

Add water to make a smooth dough, put it in a warm place for proofing

The dough rises to twice its original size. The finished dough will have a bit of sourness, so just use alkaline noodles and add it in, and add alkaline noodles to make the cakes more crispy

To make shortbread, take a bowl and add vegetable oil

Put it in the microwave on medium-high heat for 3 minutes

Take out the bitten oil and put it in the flour

Stir evenly and the shortbread is ready

Take out the made dough, spread a layer of oil or a little flour on the chopping board, and roll it out until it is big and thin

Cut the rolled noodle into three sections, take one section and knead it with your hands, roll it into a round piece, put in the bean paste filling, and close the mouth.

When it is frying, you can see that some of the scum of the cake has fallen off
Tips:
When making pancakes, make sure to have a low heat.
