Shao Mai (ham Shao Mai)

Soak glutinous rice in clear water for 2-4 hours.

Drain the water, add diced ham and bacon, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and soy sauce and stir well.

Let the mixed glutinous rice stand for more than half an hour (to ensure that the glutinous rice has a better taste).

Tips:
If you like to eat softer, it is recommended to steam the glutinous rice filling first, or after the rice cooker is cooked, wrap the dumpling skins after cooling, so that it only needs to be steamed for 10 minutes!
