Shao Mai (ham Shao Mai)

1. Soak glutinous rice in clear water for 2-4 hours.

2. Drain the water, add diced ham and bacon, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and soy sauce and stir well.

3. Let the mixed glutinous rice stand for more than half an hour (to ensure that the glutinous rice has a better taste).

4. Dry the prepared dumpling skin a little bit.

5. Put the dumpling wrapper in the palm of your hand, add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice filling, close the edges clockwise, and knead it into a shape similar to a pomegranate.

6. Steam on the pot for 30 minutes.

7. Open the lid.

8. Take pictures of the finished product.

Tips:

If you like to eat softer, it is recommended to steam the glutinous rice filling first, or after the rice cooker is cooked, wrap the dumpling skins after cooling, so that it only needs to be steamed for 10 minutes!
