Heat the pan with cold oil, and heat the oil to the point where the noodles will float. Deep fried until golden. The picture is freshly cooked, and it is still a bit white.

Put it in a greased container and flatten it. The square box I prepared earlier was taken by the girl to play, and I hurriedly found a round one. No grease paper was found for a while, and the food bag was opened and smeared with some olive oil as a temporary response.

Let it cool and cut it open. The children ate it from the side before letting it cool. The shape is not very good.

Tips:
When making the syrup, the noodles must be hot. Turn on a low heat to do so. When the cold noodles are put in the pot, the syrup will cool down quickly, which is uneven. Try to find someone to help you when you scatter the nuts and black sesame seeds, and the pulping step requires fast speed.
