Shaved Salad

Cut the colored pepper into small cubes, remove the old skin and cut the asparagus into sections, and peel the corn into pieces.

Boil water and add half a teaspoon of salt, blanch the vegetables, let cool and drain.

The prawns are peeled off the prawn threads, and then headed and shelled after they are cooked.
