Sheep Head Soup

One sheep’s head, the boss will chop it up when you buy it

Rinse the sheep’s head with clean water repeatedly, cut open the edge of the mouth with a knife, brush it clean with a toothbrush, and blanch it with boiling water to remove the dead skin on the mouth and tongue

Remove the sheep’s head and let it cool. It can be easily removed from the bones. The bones will continue to be put in the soup pot and boiled over low heat

Lamb blood and mutton head meat diced and mixed

Prepare green onion, coriander, salt and white vinegar

Add lamb and lamb’s head soup to a bowl, add chopped green onion, coriander, salt, and white vinegar according to your personal taste. You can drink it while it is hot.
Tips:
The sheep's head must be cleaned. When cooking, you can control the time according to the size of the sheep's head. It should be soft and rotten, and it can be easily removed from the bone. Sheep's head soup must be drunk while it is hot!
