Sheep Scorpion Radish Soup

The sheep scorpion was soaked in the bleeding water with clean water overnight. (If you are in a hurry, you have to soak for at least an hour)

Boil water in a pot to blanch sheep and scorpions.

Put the blanched lamb scorpion into a casserole, put enough water in the pot, add 3-4 slices of ginger, 1 scallion, 2-3 star anise, turn to a low heat and simmer for one hour.

One hour later, add the sliced white radish cubes and simmer for another half an hour.

After the radish is simmered, add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, and finally sprinkle with coriander to serve.
