Last week, I dug two large shepherd's purse and had no time to process it. I had to put it in the refrigerator temporarily. After a few days, I took it out of the refrigerator for processing. A part of it was blanched and stored in the refrigerator, leaving a little bit that I wanted to make salad. Later, someone suggested that it is better to use wontons. Normally, I rarely eat wontons. I don't know if it is because of putting too much meat in ordinary wontons. Anyway, I don't like to eat wontons. In order to learn how to pack wantan, I went to a Chinese supermarket and bought a pack of wonton wrappers. It's a pity, I don't know if the method is wrong, most of the wontons are scattered when they are cooked, depressed. Since I have never wrapped a wonton, I tried two different shapes. "
