Shepherd's Purse and Mushroom Tofu Soup

Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms (washed), shepherd's purse (washed), water starch

Tear the tofu out of the package, cut open with a knife, and set aside.

Put the cleaned mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the washed shepherd's purse on the cutting board and chop it up, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, stir in the tofu and the cut shepherd's purse.

Next, add some water to a boil.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season to mix well.

Finally, add water starch.

Thicken, stir well, and serve.
