Shepherd's Purse Broth Dumpling

Wash the shepherd’s purse and blanch it in water, rinse with cold water and drain the water, chop it into fine mince, prepare the minced pork

Knock an egg into the minced pork, add 5 grams of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir in a clockwise direction

Prepare glutinous rice flour and cold rice porridge

Tips:
1. Each restaurant has different tastes, please adjust according to your own taste
2. Different brands of glutinous rice flour have different water absorption. Do not add the porridge all at once. Knead while adding it.
