Shepherd's Purse Stewed Potatoes

1. Shepherd's purse blanched for later use

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips

3. Chopped green onion

4. Cut ginger

5. Oil in the pot

6. Saute the scallions and ginger after the oil is hot

7. Add water to a boil

8. Add potato strips and simmer

9. After the potatoes are cooked, add shepherd's purse and simmer for 15 minutes

10. Add salt, pepper powder and chicken essence before cooking.
