Shepherd's Purse Stir-fried Mushrooms

Ingredients: shepherd's purse (washed), mushrooms (washed)

Put the washed shepherd's purse on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Put the cleaned mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add the cut shepherd's purse and stir fry.
