Shepherd's Purse Won Stew

1. Add eggs, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to the minced meat.

2. Stir well.

3. Wash the shepherd's purse.

4. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add the shepherd's purse and blanch it.

5. Until the shepherd's purse changes color.

6. Remove and drain the water.

7. minced.

8. Put the olive oil into the basin and mix well.

9. Add minced meat and salt.

10. Add the right amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce.

11. Stir evenly and vigorously.

12. Prepare won stew skin.

13. Wrap the won and stew in turn.

14. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the wontons and stew.

15. After boiling, add appropriate amount of cold water and boil again (repeatedly add water three times) until cooked.

16. Add salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic flower and boiling water in the soup bowl to prepare the won stew seasoning.

17. Serve the wontons and stew.

Tips:

Because shepherd's purse eats oil, the minced meat used in won stew should be fatter to ensure the taste. If the minced meat is thinner (I put the minced meat thinner), put in the right amount of oil (according to personal preference), remember to put the oil first (Lock in the water) Add salt again to prevent the water from the shepherd's purse from being leached out after the salt is added.
