It's the season when shepherd's purse is on the market. I have a lot of wontons wrapped at home, and you can get a nutritious and delicious breakfast for ten minutes in the morning.

Shepherd's Purse Wonton

1. Add clean water to the pot;

2. Add wontons after the water is boiled;

3. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, soy sauce and seaweed to the bowl;

4. The wontons can be cooked until they are all floating;

5. Blanch lettuce in the pot for about half a minute;

6. Put the hot lettuce into a bowl, and a bowl of fragrant shepherd's purse wontons is out of the pot.

Tips:

Don't cook the wonton for too long, it will be cooked when it floats. If it is cooked for too long, the wonton will easily fall apart.
