Shepherd's Purse Wonton

Prepare minced shepherd's purse and pork

Add salt, cooking wine, and an egg to the minced pork

Prepare shredded eggs and chopped green onion

Add fresh soy sauce, chopped green onion and olive oil to the soup bowl

Flush into boiling water
