When I first saw the name of this dish, I couldn't imagine what ingredients it was made with. A closer look revealed that it was quite simple. It usually uses lamb or beef as the filling, I use pork instead. It is topped with mashed potatoes and baked. It is a traditional British dish that can be used as both a dish and a meal. I made a few changes, it is really fragrant and very attractive.

Shepherd Pie

1. Add milk, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well

2. Prepare the rest of the ingredients, marinate the minced meat with cooking wine and salt

3. Diced onions and tomatoes

4. Stir fragrant onions in a frying pan

5. Add minced meat and stir fry

6. Add tomatoes when the minced meat changes color

7. Put ketchup and a little soy sauce, put it in boiling water and bring to a boil, then change to low heat

8. After the tomatoes are all crumbled, add corn kernels and salt to taste

9. Big fire harvest juice

10. Put in the bottom of the baking bowl

11. Spread mashed potatoes on top, spread a little thicker, compact, and use a fork to mark the surface

12. Preheat the oven, 200 degrees for 30 minutes, bake until the surface is golden
