Shiitake and Salami Rice

1. Soak small shiitake mushrooms in water to soften

2. 1 cup of basmati rice is washed and soaked in 220ml water for half an hour

3. The soaked shiitake mushrooms are shredded or dice, the sausage is cut into small cubes (you can also slice, depending on personal preference), and the green onions are cut into chopped green onions

4. Shanghai Green, slightly chopped

5. Sprinkle shredded shiitake mushrooms and diced sausages evenly on the basmati rice, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and gently shake the pot to put it in the electric pot and cook; when you hear the electric pot cooking rice When the end tone prompts, do not rush to turn the pot, keep it warm for about 5 minutes before boiling

6. Open the lid and stir the rice evenly with a rice spoon

7. Add chopped green cabbage

8. Add chopped green onion

9. After stirring gently again, press the cold rice to heat, and heat it for 1~2 minutes.

10. Mix the remaining seasonings except edible oil and sesame oil into juice, quickly introduce it into the pot, and quickly stir evenly to get out of the pot

Tips:

1. The rice for cooking is best to use Thai fragrant rice or silk miao rice, so that the cooked rice is more distinct and springy;
2. I personally like to cut the sausage into small cubes, so that the flavor will come out more fully;
3. Don't be too savage when stirring, otherwise it will break the rice easily;
4. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste.
