Shiitake Ham Siu Mai

Soak the ham 3 times in hot water to remove the salty taste, and replace each time when the water cools; wash the vegetables for later use; steam the glutinous rice for later use.

Dice all the ingredients, steam the glutinous rice, mix the seasonings for later use, consider whether to add salt according to the taste, I did not add salt when I made it.

Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry. When it is ripe, add the seasoning and mix well. Then add the steamed glutinous rice. Mix thoroughly and taste the flavor and turn off the heat.

Because of the wonton wrapper I used, I cut it into an 8-sided shape, and then stretched the edge into a lotus leaf by hand. At that time, I didn't take pictures of the face. Then put the stuffing and close the mouth with a tiger's mouth. I made it for the first time. The shape is not very beautiful^_^. After wrapping, I put it in the steamer. The stuffing I prepared just steamed two drawers.

Bring to a high heat, steam on medium heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
It can be made with dumpling skin; the skin is thin and the stuffing is large, so you can pick it out carefully when you are out of the pot; it tastes better with refreshing side dishes.
