Shiitake Mushroom and Quail Egg

Buy some round shiitake mushrooms, remove the middle feet, wash them and place them on the plate.

The quail eggs are ready.

Open the quail eggs and place them in the shiitake mushrooms.

Make sure to put in the soy sauce and water, add some starch and stir well.

After the water is boiled, put the plate in the pot and steam it. Heat up another pot of oil, pour in the water just adjusted, boil the starch, and pour it on the mushrooms.
