Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

Cut into small dices

Dice mushrooms and set aside

Pour oil in a hot pan, add minced meat and stir fry until white, add light soy sauce for color, pour in bean paste and fry out red oil, then add diced mushrooms and stir fry continuously, and finally add sugar

Stir fry until the shiitake mushrooms become soft and ready to go out of the pan
Tips:
Be sure to put more oil, so that it will not stick to the pan during frying and it is convenient to store. If you can’t eat it, you can cool and bottle it in the refrigerator.
