Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

Minced shallots

Chop dried chili, mince ginger, mince garlic

Diced Shiitake Mushrooms

Pour more oil

After the oil is hot, add crushed chili and stir fry on medium-low heat to get the red oil

Tips:
Because I don't like the feeling of being soaked in oil, I don't put too much oil. This tastes better and won't feel sticky and greasy.
