Shiitake Mushrooms (bread Machine Version)

Prepare the materials

Soak the mushrooms in advance, I like to soak it one night in advance

Wash the soaked mushrooms

Cut the mushrooms into cubes and cut them with a knife, but the mushrooms are a bit slippery, not so good.

Pour peanut oil into the bucket of the bread machine, pour the chopped green onions, garlic, and ginger into the bread machine together, start the stir-frying program and fry for 5 minutes

Stir fry for 5 minutes and pour in the diced mushrooms

Put all the seasonings in and continue to stir fry

1 tablespoon cornstarch plus a small amount of water (this step can be omitted)

Dried mushrooms, if you are in a hurry, you can soak in water at about 50 degrees for about 2 hours.
