Shiitake Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms and cut off the old roots; shred the green and red peppers; cut the onions into square slices.

Raise the frying pan, sauté the garlic slices, add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the green and red pepper shreds and onion slices.

Stir-fry on high heat until 7 is ripe, add salt, sugar, and Haitian Yipin fresh oyster sauce, stir well and then serve.
Tips:
Master the heat, because shiitake mushrooms are more tender!
