Shiitake Shrimp Dried Bean Rice
1.
Cut a part of the pork belly fat into thin slices. Cut the thin slices into long strips for later use. Cut the onions into fine slices. Put the fat ones and boil out a little bit of yellow onions. Put the onions in the pot, and turn off the heat until the green onions change to the color underneath.
2.
Fill half of the lard and set aside. Stir-fry the washed beans, dried shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp and lean meat together. While frying, add a spoonful of salt, two spoons of chicken essence, and a spoonful of sugar.
3.
Put half of the glutinous rice soaked in advance in the rice cooker.
4.
Pour the prepared flavored beans into a rice cooker, with the rice on the bottom, and just cook them.
5.
For the rice cooker's fine cooking, just switch to the keep warm button, because the cooking is more, it is not easy to stir and only pour it into the pot.
6.
Put it in a bowl, sprinkle half of the spare lard, and chopped green onion.
